Omegle.com blocked?

Hi all,

Some of you may know omegle.com , it is a video chat where you can chat with random strangers.
It is quite popular and there is and uncensored / unmoderated section.

I tried to access it on two DSL connections from different providers (Sodetel and Ogero if I am not mistaken) and had a message about not being able to reach the server. The page loads but chat fails with that message.
I tried trough Alfa mobile internet, same problem.
I tried using an SSH tunnel which goes through Europe and it worked.

So, I'd like to know, if anyone has additional info. What is happening here? Is it being blocked in Lebanon?

It works for me now on Ogero---maybe it was just down for a bit?

Works on Alfa 4G at the moment

It is still not working for me, but it does not seem to be blocked at the country level after all, that's good to know.
