Ps4 Game Updates

So I just got Eso on PS4, and the update size is 24 Gb. I am a wise subscriber for the 55Gb bundle and do not have a single clue what to do:
Use up all my Internet for the next month?
Take my PS4 to the university and update the game there?
Give up on life?

depending on how your quota recharge system works you can either download now and recharge now .. or wait till your period is about to expire then download ... just time it cause 24gb on 1mbps cxn is slow
