Blu-ray PC games in Lebanon

I Just saw Nino started selling Blu-ray PC  games ( Copies of course ) and the difference of price is huge compared to normal DVDs ( 1 blu-ray 6000 ll / 5000 ll per Dvds  ) for huge games like Wolfenstein , Dragon Age or The Evil Within which are more than 20GB ( 1 Blu-ray 50 Gbs 6000 ll or 4 dvd 8 GBs 20000 ll ) .

I know that Blu-ray drives are not really mainstream in PC gaming ( It's all going digital now but let's not talk about internet here )  , but i buy alot of CD games and it's becoming a pain to pay sometimes 30 000 ll for them . So is it worth getting a Blu-ray Drive ( cheapest i found for internal is 95 $ , help needed please )  because I'm a huge buyer , and paying 95 $ and 6000 ll for every game is better than constantly paying 20000 ll for every games .

PS : I truly want to support devs , but being underage and having to buy prepaid Steam cards  every week (  they're always out of stock .... ) means I can only pay for online games ( CS GO , Insurgency , Killing Floor ) .

Thanks in Advance .

Why are you buying games? Just download them.

Also, I'm not saying the mods are gonna close this thread, but they're gonna close this thread. Efficient bros.

Get the Ogero 2Mbps unlimited DSL plan, no FUP, no limitations and download all your games.

Depending on your monthly usage of DVDs, assuming you are only getting Games and not movies, you have to play about 10 games before you pay for your Blu Ray (20000-6000=14000 ... 95*1500/14000=10.4 Blu Rays) .. so if you have an extra place in your case for a Blu ray it is not a bad investment.

Re: Blu-ray PC games in Lebanon

I'm a huge consumer ( 2-3 games a week   )  so I prefer to stick to Dvds , I'm pretty happy with my ISP ( Cable Guy : 30 $ , Unlimited , speed from 100 kbps to 1 mbps , ping 60-110 , FUP at midnight only ) and I can't really afford to download 24/7 20 GB games in a home with 5 others people using internet .  It's not an option for me .

So yeah , NAM's idea is more viable to me , The Blu-Ray drive investment would soon be worth it . As for where I"ll put it , I"ll simply replace my Internal DVD drive . Still 95 $ is the minimum price I found for it , anyone knows where i could get a less expensive / or used one ?

Thanks in Advance
