If you're looking for someone who can teach web dev technologies (including maintenance and all other aspects), specifically the PHP stack, let me know! I've always wanted to go into teaching and believe I may have a skill for teaching.
Can't help you with Java, though.

Have you ever programmed in any other language before starting Android Development?

I can't help you with Java, but I'd be happy to give you free C# or C++ lessons.
