Sharing displays across the network

Is there any software that allows me to share my monitory display across a single network ?

I need my monitor to output to 4 Pc's on the network, is there any software?

If not, does this monitor hub do the trick?

You need hardware that split the VGA output of the computer to many monitors (similar to what you have in your link, or get a good graphic card that can have many output ports). Then, you need hardware that converts VGA to Ethernet; similar to this:
