Advice concerning my future

I'm in my final year at school and I'm already torn about my future.
I really have no idea what major I'm gonna pursue at this very moment.
I've narrowed down the choices to Computer Science, Computer Engineering and Petroleum Engineering.
Since I was about 3 years old, I had a deep passion for computers and I like working with a computer.
I like working with software and have no interest in hardware but I've been advised that going with a Computer Engineering major will get me a better job outlook, more chances than going with a Computer Science job.
Also, my parents/relatives relatives advised to go with a Petroleum Engineering major since it'll bring a lot of money..

I'm leaning more towards Computer Science but I wanna know you guys' opinions...Will I regret going with a Computer Science major, are the salaries that low? Is there a lot of difference between the salaries of people with Computer Engineering degree than those with a CS degree? I'd like to do something that I like, but I don't wanna struggle with my life with money all the time. Your advices are most welcome!
