Help with iOS app

Hello,

So I was wondering who could help me with xcode, what I'm trying to achieve is this;

The app has a list view, and once you click on one of the items it displays a fullscreen 'card' that has a background image and some text in the center.

As I am relatively new to xcode I have only created the actual project with this in it:

So I basically have no idea what to do on the coding part, which is where I'm stuck on.

Just to add on to my original question, how do I even add an item to the listview ?
When it's run there are no items, which means it's dynamic.
