Mac OS X issue

hey guys
I have a new mac ,created a user , worked fine for like a week then now if i restart the machine ,it logs in directly without asking for a password ..
i looked for it in google ,but i know nothing about mac , please help

Using an admin account:

System Preferences > System > Users & Groups > Login Options > Automatic Login.
You may need to unlock the settings to do the changes. Look for an icon of a lock in the bottom left.

Tested on my OSX 10.8.4
