Yes I read it, but honestly it is a bit complicated, but one thing doesnt really make sense, it is known that Ogero's prices are higher than private ISP prices, but if you compare the smallest package 1 Mbps for 24000LL (Chart 3) with the same package for 11000 LL (Chart 4) it is insane, private ISPs end users will pay about 45% of what Ogero's end user pay for the same package !
Unless if Chart 6 is the price of the package MOT sells to private ISPs and the private ISPs will sell for a higher price (But still less than Ogero).
