I'm planning on ordering one from amazon. I have a friend coming from the states who can bring it but I want to confirm it will work with alfa, or at least mtc. Yes, I'm willing to switch providers to finally use my iphone 4. sigh..

it works but its illegal ! you have to call 112 and hang up ( hell, i used to do that when i was 10 ) haha

I called amhaz, they said from now to a week they will have the sim but for 110 $ !!! it's worth 50 $ online !!

its working and its legal, when you dail 112 and hangup the call doesnt need to be connected its just 2 seconds

I got it. I was a bit confused about the 112 part because i thought till it rings then 2 seconds but everything worked about.

you have to do it every time you shut down or reboot, but its easy 3 steps to do and take only 30 seconds

Did anyone get their iphone to work with the gevey sim on alfa or mtc? I'm using an alfa sim and the accept screen won't come up for me when I insert the sim and gevey and power on.

jabij1 maybe you cut the sim wrong way
to be sure go to settings then general then about and check the ICCID if their is no number then the phone didnt read the sim

I just got a new micro sim from alfa. It's still not working. I went to settings and under ICCID there is a long number. Still can't get the accept screen to show..

Woot! It worked! I took it to a shop selling geveys and they didn't know what to do. They even tried their's on my phone and the accept screen simply wouldn't come up. On my way back home I tried cycling through the steps, dialing 112, airplane mode on off, and all of a sudden I saw bars. Now I just have to make sure the battery doesn't run out lol.
