If you have an AT&T contract (2years), you can get the iphone4 for 200$, but you cannot just create a new contract they will charge you the difference.
this sim method, you just plug it on your sim card and put it in the phone, turn it, wait a few seconds you will get a message, you click "Accept", then wait few more seconds you get 1 bar of signal, you go and call 112 for 2 seconds then hang up. you then go put the phone in airplane mode then back to normal you get an error message, then you do it again and you get a signal and can make calls.
this does not work on old Cellis Sim cards, it needs new alfa or mtc SIM cards.
and you have to repeat it if you turn your iphone on/off.
It works prettyr well I tested it.
