Thanks Firas, I appreciate it. I can never say no to DOTA, but the lag on garena is getting worse. Perhaps HON is more optimized? If HON turns out to be similar to DOTA (which I know will be), and has acceptable game play on my connection, I might consider buying it. Regarding Dota 2, I dont know, feels like it will take ages to complete. I mean it has been announced long time ago, and so far no preview on the game? Icefroggy? Come on dude!
i didnt play the rest of the games but since am a hardcore DOTA fan i can simply state with my stupidity that DOTA > all games ^_^

bluewolf you are completely right. i mean honestly DOTA beats all. DOTA even more fun than GT5 and even Call of duty (yeah i said it :P)

Whether it's PS3, XBox, Wii, or new PC games, DOTA can surely grab attention more. That's my opinion. I need to play about 6 hours of Dota to get bored of it. Heck my record is 8 hours of continuous DOTA gameplay. Who can top that?

not me ^_^ , but i remember sometimes we played dota till like 5am in the morning ^_^

Dota is extremely fun and with it big range of possibility its never gets boring... have been playing the game for over like 4 years and i'm an ok player def not pro... its a gr8 game ^_^

hoping DotA 2 will be even more epic ^_^ but am totally satisfied with DotA ,minus not being able to play online... since lebanon connection sucks ^_^

If you enjoy dota then HoN is for you. I found the transition to be a bit annoying at first in terms of graphics and heroes but it didn't take me long before I got hooked.
and mastering all 90+ heros is just insane. have been playing for 5 years and still I am learning new things or figure out a nice combo of several heros.
"Cough" MIRANA ! "cough" hehe anyways MrClass if you wanna give HoN a try you can easily , + it's a considerably small download , and the updates/patches are always like 5-15mb each .

LoL is bigger and the patches ( yup you guessed it )are Bigger .

BLC is considerably small too like 200 mb fully updated heh

well i tried my first HON match. Same everything as DOTA, and honestly its not bad; though i didnt like the unnecessary graphics. too much detail distracts you alot. hahaha the HON players said im a noob cause i have a new account. Got my rooftrellen (keeper of the forest or whatever) and pawned some noobies. but then the game crashed, don't know what happened. HON handled lag very amazingly; i had like 1000ms ping and still the game was playable; just an impossible thing in DOTA. had some trouble looking for the items, item icons are different, but quickly learned thanks to the full details mentioned for each item. i can learn to love HON but it's not worth paying for if DOTA2 is few months away.

I dont know what's going on with HON, but so far I haven't been able to complete the game. It simply crashes then a pop up window asks me if i want to save the crash report.
@Mrclass, just send your debug to the HoN support forums and they will tell you how to fix this issue
perhaps cause i have 64bit Windows 7? Maybe the game is 32bit compatible only?

Well i have been playing League Of Legends (LOL) For more then 6 month and enjoying it specially when it comes to the taste of victory , I looked in HON and hate the dark graphic
At the end every one has his own taste in gaming .
