Hey does anybody know if Htc desire HD released in lebanon ???

Microage in Al-waseet was showing it but i don't know if it is available for sales yet..
i called microage and it's not available for sale yet...u can give them your number and they will sms you when it will be ready for sale
btw it's the best phone!!!can't wait to get it
yeah me too can`t wait .i read the reviews they are good but the issue was its battery life. about microage it expensive than the others so i won`t buy it from them i will till its available at amhaz(star communication).
I wa also waiting to get this phone, still not available yet, then i went and got a really good HD phone (Samsung wave S8500) , what sold it for me is the Super AMOLED screen, the colors pops. Of course pockatibility is another factor.

I dt think the HD is worth the extra 400-500$ from the HTC Desire @ 450-500$.
It got 1Ghz and 512mb memory and Froyo 2.2.

I wonder what is new in the desire HD with respect to the Desire. I bought the desire a few months ago and this little thing is a toy, i love it. It's only drawback is its battery life which is a joke, it dies before the end of the day... Still it is an excellent phone and i dont think it is worth paying more for the HD
900$ wat a rip-off! I bought mine last week from http://www.clove.co.uk/ for $636.00AUD (including delivery to sydney australia!)and the HTC Desire Z is for $582.54AUD on their website.

Both website are selling the unit unlocked.
Here in sydney it's for 800AUD, I reviewed it on the weekend from vodafone, and the phone is gorgeous! it's amazing how snappy it is. I used to hate HTC Sense, other skins on Android, but the new HTC Sense and its themes are real snappy. You can definitely feel the difference with the 768 MB of RAM.

Microage are the worst company as exclusive agents in Lebanon:
-No advertising on TV or known newspapers
-Not sold in important cell shops like in ABC or Virgin
-+200/250$ just for warranty cost (remembering the ugly days of meatel in the 90s??)
-If they don't have enough budget to promote this huge popular brand why did they take it????
The solution as HTC phones are very well build, go and grab one from Amhaz for 700/750$ and whatever the damage you would get(broken screen) it will surelly not cost 200$
Anyway rumors are saying the NEXUS 2 will be announced today :)

Is the Desire Z available here? and what is its price?
As usual a new HTC phone come very pricey the first month even at Amhaz,so will pay 730-750$ right now, but if you wait just a little month you will get it for 650$ and it will stay at this price for 6 months ;)
