I would begin to think in swapping my N1 and get one because thanks to SEnSe 2.0 it has the best Android Rom ever (sorry Galaxy S fans) and great hardware.
I have already the HD rom on my N1 and its better than Desire's one because of the new HTC Hub (downloads of free widgets,skins,ringtones...), HTC Skins (themes) and real flip clock like on HTC WM phones

The announced Incredible S from HTC is just the same hardware with a 4'' screen and bigger battery which will be an advantage for pocket friendly dudes and certainly a huge gain in battery life!
Sense OS will be upgraded to 3.0 while DHD will stay with 2.0, though if charging the battery every night is not a problem for you and you don't want to pay a ''potential'' 650/700$ Incredible S then DHD is still a very good phone for its price
