  • No winter,no snow,no ski this year?

A dude like you said the same thing last year like now and we saw how terrible winter was...
The fact is that there are 0 hope of rain in November,and December being usually like the end of November in terms of weather...

Yeah, dubbed the Resource Wars. They're predicted to start at around the middle of this century.
We are the 18th November and still no rain forecasted for sure.
Weather.com is saying ZERO rain for 10 days and temps between 24 and 29c!!!!!!
Accuweather was forecasting 3 days of rain and cold for the last days of November yesterday...now it's would rain ONLY on the 29th,though a good drop of temps would come at this period (19c max)
Knowing accuweather they will change again their forecasting as usual to hot and sunny weather :(
There are still people saying it's normal and that rain and cold will come very fast after the ''independance day''while I am pretty sure we will not see any storm before mid to end December.
Compared to last year this november is slightly cooler but it's 0 rain compared to two good storms...
Reading satellite imagery http://www.eldoradocountyweather.com/forecast/europe/europeansat.html it's clear that our problem is the lack of the Anticyclone over east-Europe that used to throw stroms at us,so till it returns we will not have a single drop of rain (could be tomorrow as in 2 months)
Latest accuweather forecast till 4th December:
-Few warm showers on Sunday 28th
-2 ''hawa khamsine'' coming from next Friday to Sunday and from 1st Dec to 4th Dec

Faraya management meeting yesterday decided to buy artificial snow machines because they are forecasting a very bad winter with perhaps no ''real'' snow at all, but even if they throw artificial snow the warm temperatures will melt them down in no time.
Several days ago accuweather forecasted a temperature drop to as low as 4 degrees at night with some rain storms at the end of the month, but yeah they changed it back to the usual 28-30 degrees and some few showers...
Oh another Lebanese saying ''after the Independance day real winter begins''
Accuweather says: from the 22 Nov to 5 December NO STORMS at all, perhaps a very light shower at night on the 4th December, as for the Temperatures we will have October temps with 21 to 27c.
Weather.com: ZERO stroms for 10 days and temps of September with 25 to 29c...
What the f*** is going on?????
No rain for the next 2 weeks, not even a single drop or even some light showers according to accuweather.
Temperatures are between 20 and most of the times 28c..situation really starting to be scary.
Probably all will change with 1 huge storm, I guess we have to wait and see till mid December, if the dry hot weather remained the same then I guess the Mayans after all had a point with the 2012 calendar bit :P

Yeah with all the money and resources they have everything is possible,
the almost 10-15c temperature difference is gone, its only a matter of 2 to 3c difference now, 27c here compared to 29c in dubai thats awkward, and during the night its even cooler than here.

so whats that HAAARP?? similar to RA2's tesla ??:P

Yeah gd point :S i think global warming is finally going to make earth a desert planet, and if the governments don't want to do anything abt it because they don't want to waste their precious money they're gonna pay for it with their lives nothing serious really they think they can save themselves from the wrath of nature?

Edit: Btw temperatures in the night are sometimes hitting an extreme low, and the wind is getting seriously cold, though in the day it's extremely powerful sunlight and heat :S it's like a desert only less extreme

What exactly do you want our government to do? They can't even sit down and discuss the simplest problems. Global Warming is beyond our control, hell it's beyond anyone's control. Anyone preaching about global warming should take a good hard look at what he does, uses and purchases on a daily basis.

I'm not against fixing the problem, I'm just against people blaming higher authority when they themselves, burn fuel like crazy, waste water for no reason, invest in real-estate to make money (cutting down forests) and so on.
most of Europe under sub-zero temperatures and covered in snow even before Winter and our mountains are still dry and in the high 20s :(
