Anyways I'm glad Germany didn't steal the win off them at the last moment. They weren't the team we saw in this worlcup.
Spain is a very well formed team. They have a good keeper, good defense, good midfield and good offense. My guess is that they'll go all the way and win the thing.

True, they didn't fully take advantage of their potential. Toward the end of the game, they didn't manage to catch the Spanish defense off-guard, as if they lacked ideas, when in fact they didn't try a lot of different stuff.
Is this the same team that won 4-0 against argentina? What happened to the german team ?

Argentina is not Spain. Spain are the Euro cup winners. Argentina, well they may have a good team in some situations but facing a team with a strong teamwork like Germany, they are not in a good position.
I agree with what everyone said, this is not Germany we saw before, but remember also, they were not playing against Argentina, so they didnt have the same chances.
Argentina were a Publicity, nothing more.
Spain has been displaying a perfect defense. I think it is sad that the game is turning that way : the team with the best defense wins ...

I am sad that Germany lost. This world cup was the first time I saw a European team playing an offensive football. 1998 France won because of their impenetrable defense. 2006 Italy won for the same reasons. (I was too young to remember what Germany did in 1990 :P )

What I am trying to say is that football especially the World Cup is becoming more and more defensive. Teams are afraid to take chances and most games aren't exciting. Moreover defensive game comes mainly from Europe. The teams I have personally most enjoyed watching this World cup were definitely South American (Uruguay being my grand favorite this time ^^) Germany was the only European team displaying nice offense, (maybe Holland is doing so too).

Let's simply hope the final is going to be entertaining. :)

Spain did it, and to be honest this is one of the most boring Fifa worldcups I've ever watched, too much vuvuzellas,overrated players and boring ass matches, my favorite worldcup would still be the France98, although i was 9 back then i still remember how awesome was that WC, Well congrats to the Spanish people they had the best team in the tournament.
