nuclearcat Bandwidth are full. At peak time wont be full speed for now. No upgrades from government yet, so there is no miracles.

incinerator why is it always juggling between over 1 mb then it's back to ~0.7 then back 0.24 then up again to 1mb? And thanks nuclearcat for all your effort.
nuclearcat HackerPro - i check your account , shaper are set to 1Mbit, and link to reseller are fine. It can be problem of reseller network seems. incinerator - speed are fluctuating, since backbone full. It will be more stable when government give upgrades.
hussam looks like a backbone issue. if I wget a 3MB file, it downloads at 19kbytes per second. then I delete it. the second time, it downloads from VISP's cache at 1Mbit.
