Speed in the morning was 2.0 Mbps, now 1 Mbps, latency is the only remaining issue. Oh and thanks for the Twitter nuclearcat, much easier to follow.

Does VISP have unlimited plans like sodetel? I'm really looking to apply an order with 'em.

Options other than DSL is why I like VISP to be honest. They just place a antenna box and connect it to your desktop. No phone line required.

Please provide more info on these options (installation cost/time needed, number of users per connection, download quota policies, monthly fees...)
I plan to get dsl from Terranet for browsing, plus VISP subscription for heavy downloading.
Any suggestions?

Same here, I am behind a reseller. I hope VISP force them to comply with new speeds, and not keep on dividing the line to multiple users.

In my case, they charged 165 dollars for installation and the monthly subscription is 35 USD for 256k.
They installed in less than 48 hours. Their technicians are super friendly and they will answer the phones till midnight.

We cannot name it as permanent, till government give upgrade.
Also if government won't give upgrade in 3 month, there is 50% chance that we will have to reverse everything back.

VISP just now...

I'm downloading content at 2mbps... Upload is slow according to speedtest, didn't try to upload anything yet though.

Ping is also somewhat slow at 500ms.

Ping is the problem to be honest.
I'm getting "Server latency: 772 ms" to "Server latency: 3056 ms" now. Heavy fluctuation.
Ping is dying at noon..
