well today i was able to contact my reseller to ask about 384k package and i was shocked ! how is it possible for 256k to be 50 000 LL , 512k 50$ per month and 384k 55$ ?? 384k is more expensive than 512k ? thats 128k bandwidth difference ! this is way too weird , he said it has less sharing but come on ...

well my reseller says it's 50$ , i think the prices on VISP main site are a little outdated , look at the news at the bottom they're still dated 2008 ..

Yes... and I am with Sodetel (not VISP) and my brother is with Ogero... 3 successive disconnections and plenty of "request timed out" when pinging google... then it works for a while... and back to the same problems.

My S/N Margin Down had been stable at around 25dB for the past month.
I had previously had a lot of problems with my line... but for the past month it was great ... no disconnections at all... then suddenly 2 days ago I noticed S/N Margin Down was dropping to 7dB and I had XDSL Linestate Down.
Go figure !

There just is no enjoying a stable connection in this third world country...

Anyone on VISP still throttled to 11kbytes per http connection? It's been like this for two week now.

It happened to me once, but it was a bug. If it lasts more than 4 days, then there's something wrong. Did you contact nuclearcat ?

Nope, should I email him or something?
I opened a support ticket on the 5th after waiting for it to get fixed. They replied on the 8th and told me to check my customer panel account. I checked it and my "7 Days Peak Time Fair Usage" is only 25% and "7 Days Fair Usage" is 22%.
No reply from them ever since. I tried to call them on the phone. they lady who replied said the support was busy so I couldn't talk to them.

I could call again but they'll just tell me to open a support ticket which I did 11 days ago anyway...

Urgent question. Any other direct customers can't use anything but http anymore? https/msn/etc.. are all nonfunctional now. I don't mean slow. All other services are totally off.
Only http browsing is working.
Earlier today, the customer panel was not reachable too.

Edit:.. Nevermind, it started working again. A bit slow, but at least it's working now.

Getting disconnected (for about 1-5 minutes each time) a lot. Especially during peak times.

any new "interferences" ?

i don't want to jinx it but it's been since a month or two already im actually beeing able to raid and do everything on VISP connection , only some lag spikes problems occuring at peak times and rarely a red latency , usually 350-500 ms and sometimes 180-250ms , i hope it keeps up , and as for tonight the highest ping i ever saw to WoW was 570 ms , by now it's 340ms

I'm getting 1000+ ms latency now on fake IP and 2000+ on real IP. How come other VISP customers have better connections? :(

your welcome anytime :) i'm just logging in for the first time today , i'll edit this post later with tonight's ping results

EDIT : there was a problem with connection all day long anyway , highest was 700ms tonight , later on 250ms-450ms even in 10 man raids , hope it stills like this
