hj88 wrotei am capped at 11 to 12 kb/s during the day and 0.1 to 2 kb/s from 4 to 12 so i have your problem plus peak time problems + some ports stop working (whatsapp does not work from 4 to 12 )
Ok, I'm filing a support ticket (I'm a direct customer) and I'll post back the results here when they reply. I could call them on the phone but that rarely ever helps.
Edit:. I called them, explained the situation and mentioned that I have filed a support ticket but all I got was a "an administrator will reply to your ticket". :/
