Btw nuclearcat, I know the real ip thing is still in beta stages at visp but I would like to report a problem with it.
After ~1 hours of real IP usage, it gets over 1500ms icmp ping till I revert to internal IP for ~5 minutes.
Then after 5 minutes when I go back to real IP, icmp pings goes down below 500ms again.
the DSL folks have been noticing improvements in pings. Have VISP users been noticing any ?


When I traceroute websites, I get 300-ish pings.

well i've been experiencing better in-game latency,raiding without any spikes or freezes !! it's a really good start always below 1000ms and no spiking at all , but more downtimes , and rarely the conx goes really crazy...at peak times it's really really really bad worse than ever , day time and after 12am it's been really a big improvement
It's still disaster. We are having problems with upstream ISP (one of largest), and they blame Ogero.

well I got 1 problem with Garena
while iam playing Warcraft 3 on Garena the ping reply is normal to 2.2.2.10
but the game is sooooo slow duno why :S they told me it works fine on DSL and HDSL
why on VISP its like this?
since ogero went down , visp is having the best connection ever ! my conncetion for the last 24 hours has been very fast and reliable even at peak time hours !
they went down permanently?? that would be some news :D

my packet loss went down to 4 percent from more than 11 percent and my ping almost 100 ms during peak time hours . i am not sure if this is a coincidence , i will recheck tonight .

in the past days online gaming latency was amazing , but today was a disaster all day long wat happened ?:S icecrown citadel 10man was impossible..hope it gets back like it was before !

ok this is unbearable , come on since yesterday latency throttling between 6k ms and 20k ms in wow !!! no matter what time during the day !!! morning peak times 4 am !!! nothin !! what's the excuse this time ?? a nuclear missile blew up your "backbone" this time ??

That's weird, because yesterday and today I've been having some of the best latencies I ever had playing FIFA 10 online on PS3. Almost lagless.
