why the hell does anybody wakes up at 7 AM to use internet ? :\
so this is what i got today as "decent latency" :

WOW !! had lots of fun playing Wow today :D and outside AV its like 3.5 4k always :) and finally we reached the phase that NO TIME DURING THE DAY INTERNET IS USABLE :D no more peak times people ! every minute of everyday is a peak time now , no decent browsing , no decent down/upload speed , and of course no decent latency ! don't forget to vote for your leaders in 2013 elections when they buy you with a 10$ worth mobile phone and a little "halloum" sandwich for lunch :)

Another test, it seems constant most of the times, don't know probably you have some router problem, are you behind some reseller??

your tests man are beeing done of a different time a day ,try from 1 pm until 4am ! u barely can browse ! and no i don't have a router i'm behind a reseller ! all the region suffering from this and when you go tell him he says it's not his problem !

I'm not behind a resellar. but I never get pings as low as 124ms. that's very weird indeed.
Does it depend on where we live?

i can't ping google.com :\ request timed out :\ i don't know i think the problem is the region i live , i'm confused used to be very happy with VISP , but since august , things have changed 100 % :s

maybe ur ping is blocked by the retailer..

i have that... i cant ping since the retailer guy has blocked it ... due to security reasons

I know man, this place is getting ridiculous..

anyways, Vengeance I guess your reseller might have done something blocked pinging and some ports or whatever, which probably is throttling your latency, and probably its just a location issue.. and Hussam can you do some google pinging???

well does that look like a traceroute from somewhere on earth to a european server ? i don't think so! i think a 56k dialup modem would have given me better results ! and no i don't have a router and no i don't use any sort of wireless connection ( coz you know wireless in lebanon is something you don't wanna miss trying out):

nuclearcat, can you fix the QoS issue? at the moment, I'm getting 350 icmp ping but 1200-3000ms (2000 on average) latency ingame

the latency problem is nothin , the game just lags , the real deal is the packet loss ! the game freezes for like 2 minutes , the whole party have a wipe fest , u end up beeing kicked out the group and getting insulted 1000000 billion times , other that u can never have any fun

It's not just wow ... anything to do with gaming or upload is bad. I don't understand why ... browsing and download capabilities are great and there was a point where i used to play wow with green ms ... also nuclear cat the exploit i stated before about repeated relogging for a good latency does not work anymore either. Are you guys working on the upload issue or something? There seems to be alot of outages and delays(spikes) these days.

Yes, working, but it is still unclear, when it will be improved. I am working now on new priority system, to make games to work much better.

here's what I saw so far nuclearcat (from yesterday),
if I use internal IP, I get 330 ms ICMP ping but fluctuation between 700 and 1700ms ping inside game.

if I use real IP, I get ~1000ms icmp ping and ~1000ms ping inside game.

(and I tested a lot. real IP can be good or terrible regardless of time of day).
Any idea why?
I'm on internal IP now.

this is the latency yesterday :'(

why can't we always have that ! and this is the tracert today ( and browsing , dnt ask , didnt even dare logging into the game , cuz well i know whats waiting for me :\ )

Well good to hear that, but from my experience its pretty much worse day after day, browsing is good, but gaming now is impossible..
