nuclearcat DDoS attacks are usual in Lebanon. They are not attacking ISP, but some users on it, and it is affecting all ISP and even sometimes all ISPs in Lebanon. It happens not only on VISP.

nuclearcat ballad, he can have VISP ip, but for example his own capacity which are full. To be sure you are VISP customer, you should have login to customer.visp.net.lb . Otherwise most probably you are not VISP customer, and over sub-ISP who just buy bandwidth from VISP.
