And my fantastic Ogero 100ms 24/7 latency has arrived today,working like a charm,not even one lag spike during more than 6 hours of gaming non stop ( 9pm until 3am = "peak times" ) ,good luck guys and I hope VISP gets any better before my kids grow up.

I have tried the real IP and I faced the same problems, either it is not well implemented or it is over loaded. Also it is really confusing how can they give a real IP for all these users, as we all know that IP v4 addresses are about to finish. I guess it is time to change VISP as soon as my account expires, these guys are unprofessional and they don't show respect to their customers.

sysadmin, you just came here to post anonymous info even without introducing yourself? Are you aware that here is community where most of people know a bit each other?
VISP has it's own niche, yes it worse than Ogero in matters of latency and stability, but it's cheaper for the bandwidth. And it has coverage where Ogero doesn't. Plus last argument: VISP users amount are booming, and that says that it has demand.

I don't really buy the ipv4 addresses are about to "finish".
The main problem is that some countries like Poland have leased way too many addresses than they need. I'm a moderator in a ver successful MMORPG game with players from around the world. Polish player IP addresses are way too dynamic. Some log on from too many addresses.

nuclearcat, i agree, it can be just a troll or a competitor trying to bash VISP. I just think you attacked the guy in a wrong way. I think asking him to share more details on why he thinks VISP has unprofessional staff would have been more constructive and if it was a bluff you could have called it. Anyhow thats my opinion, maybe your more experience at this and can see threw trolls and are sick of them thus the quick bash.

rtp - frankly most of ISP's on first line support have techies who can't be considered guru. Their job to write down calls, try to do basic troubleshooting for problems that usually occurs with customers, and in case of serious problems forward problem to higher level support.
So he can be right, and you can say same about any other ISPs, but at the end all that pointless.

Dear NuclearCat, i don't know you even, but all you need to know is that i am a VISP customer since a very long time ago. I am a system administrator in an enterprise environment, i am responsible for systems that should not go down for a single minute. As it seems this is a feedback forum i wonder why you don't accept customer complains. Regarding the large customer numbers you should follow this with improving your service. Regarding the bandwidth please don't talk about it because everyone knows it is bad. About the coverage it is an advantage for you not for me. Would you please explain for me what do you mean by "Real IP"? You did not mention it in your first reply.

The issue turned out to be more difficult than attack.
Real IP's are almost unaffected. For rest it seems we need to purchase new device.
