Hello, is there anything wrong with the VISP customer panel page? I could always access it untill it started giving me this today.

Probably your reseller considered to switch to ISP level or he changed something. Then you should contact and ask him about that, and then he is only authorized to ask support from VISP.

Thanks for the reply, does changing isp levels means now he gets just bandwidth from visp and not the accounts directly? If thats what your talking about I doubt it since there would have been some sort of an outage atleast for a few hours untill he sets up the system and accounts etc. any other aspects could effect my case?

It is done transparently, in most of cases there is no outage.
Yes, it means he gets a bandwidth from VISP and decide on his own how to distribute it.

So i called visp support , asking about the torrent limitation, the guy was like " you can get your own ip (real ip) which will disable the torrent limitation", he told me to pass by and get a V-card then activate it in the user panel and that's it.
what do you think guys ?

yeah, do that. it will up your non-http speed from 256k to 512k.

GeorgeN - difference are that on other subforums you can complain as much as you want, noone will hear it :) So it's pointless to complain much there.
