Before i was removing days from account, but it is becoming very difficult to billing standpoint, there is some issues, thats why V-Points are being made. Now i am finalizing new network layout, where it will be possible to buy higher priority, quality and etc.

while you're here, can you tell me exactly what happens if I fup? I'm 59 peek/50% normal now but I think it will jump to over 100% today. what will be affected?

when FUP flag is set if you use bandwidth a little (in average, averaging period is around 1 minute) or bursts - nothing
but if ur usage will go higher - shaper immediatelly will turn on and throttle you to lower speeds

ok, thank you. what about latency? does it get badly affected?

if you are not reaching shaper limits - no
but remember if shaper considered you are using too much bandwidth - it will drop ur limits (realtime)
it will increase back speed if there no bandwidth consumption

Hey Nuclearcat, one quick question. did you change the way Youtube loads? because I'm noticing that now instead of loading the whole video and wasting a lot of data in something I might not watch it just loads a buffer of about 50 seconds and keeps it constant. Is that right or am I seeing stuff? hehehe

What is happening ?

I can often download videos from Youtube at 1 MB/s (MB not Mb), and most of other external download (not from the navigator, like installers, updates for applications)

With the navigator it's still between 512 Kb/s and 2 Mb/s

But the inconvenient with this great speed, is the FUP

Will FUP be increased sson ?

all ISPs using ogero backbone have a direct internet line to europe, the IMEWE cable.
