What times are counted into the 7 days peak time usage ? 6pm until when exactly ? Because i used up 465mbs on a skype session at around 12:30 to 2:00 am and i'm already on 93% , afraid that my internet will be slowed down :(

I think 6PM to 3AM is peak hours.

I doubt VISP will even give a straight answer but I believe even from 3 to 9 is metered. There are no free non-metered hours.

Even the upgrade from 256k to 512k is bullshit. I am still capped at 256k down to VISP according to their local loop test.

And that is why Lebanon as a market is very unconventional. In any other country an answer like that would have led to a totally different response from customers, yet here it didn't. It is funny and sad hahaha :P

As for the unmetered hours, in my personal case I can download whatever I want with no reflection in the FUP. But even with the fup less than 50% I am fupped, weird.

Nothing like that.
Before we was not able to separate gamers from others, now we tried just to put ports, but it is endless story, because each game have different ip's and ports, and QoS device is very expensive, in terms to put each rule there.
So it end up in additional features for exotic games - separate accounts with higher priority for all ports. Sure it is not free. Technically you can find on market another ISP, with higher prices, and better quality. But you don't have option for cheaper internet, without changing ISP.
This feature will offer you same, you can choose level of service you want, realtime, and when you want.

May I ask why on earth was I getting 100ms at peak times for the last 5 days and now I'm back to a 6 digit number ms ? Dreams don't last long eh ?

What happens if someone FUPs? does latency get bad or just download speed?

Guys do you get the clear FUP button on mystat even if you are not Fupped? Because speed is slow and the button is there but the two fup bars are not even at 50%
