Non-state licensed satellite uplinks are illegal and you can end up having an unpleasent knock on your door. I personally would not do it. Do your parents have decent LTE coverage? If so, just pay for a data SIM.

You can, but Starlink stopped working in Lebanon around 1.5 years.

RandomMemory as it is currently illegal, I would suggest to you, based on practice to go with the following:
TerraNet WDSL, relatively stable, affordable, Low Latency (8Mbps is sufficient for Shahid, video calls etc. Live streaming not that much, but it worked with Cablevision+).
Sales might initially tell you that there is no coverage in your area but insist on it as they did it for me, and I was able to install it in 3 different locations without any technical issues.

Note: I am not sure about your current setup, if you have DSL or something else. But based on experience, having a couple of repeaters at your place will cause a high number of dropped packets. Program the router to work only as a modem, without any Wi-Fi, and install a mesh network. This will enhance your experience significantly.
