arached wroteit's a superb phone definitely one of the top but i don't think it's the saver that htc much needed. We the geeks my understand the difference and will prefer htc over sumsung but normal people will go with the s7 or even the g5 specially. The phone doesn't have anything negative (thought the battery would be better if a little bigger and the cpu isn't amount the best in benchmarks) but it doesn't also have any point breaker so people will be exited about(i know the sound is superb but alot of people will prefer waterproof,ir port,...) . I think it's obvious that htc is moving more and more and focusing on vr division .
I'm a geek and owned every kind of phones and saw/tried many others... And I would still get a S7 edge anyday anytime!
That thing is currently unrivaled in flagships world:
Best camera, biggest battery and great battery life, best screen (although I prefer LCD), waterproofing, very beautiful phone, big screen... What else can I ask for?!
As much as I like android updates and would like to get them, recently it's becoming useless and obsolete in my opinion!
Please do name me what big features did marshmellow or even lollipop bring to android?!?! Nothing!
Doze? All phones, except nexus for sure, had battery saving features.
Multiwindow? Yeah right, ask samsung.
Material design? It's aestethics only and will change again like ICS was ditched
etc...
Unfortunately every feature Google is adding to Android is practically brought/copied from an android OEM.
I used to love nexus phones, but nowadays! No thanks! Keep your updates! What Samsung, LG, and sony have now, surpasses the new features that will come in android P.
