What the heck i'll say it ! ... Are you crazy?!

btw i have htc one m8 excellent cond, and i'm ready to trade if you want
i mean yea sure ... the sense/blink feed combination is something superior to any software in the market right now ! so you might have a good point "sort of !"
but what about the battery ? did you come up to a conclusion about battery time and SOT for that Galaxy ?
vegetaleb wroteCall me nut but I am missing HTC (deep) software, so I am thinking of selling my black perfect S6 if anyone interested...
Sorry about the pm I sent you!
That's what I thought man... Who gets used to the wonderful software of HTC cannot go back to any other software!

And do you think you can update your review now?

I got an HTC One M9 last week, I now swear by HTC Sense. So I kinda understand what you are feeling.
PS: Themes are awesome.
Battery is very good now on S6, as good as M8, charge it only once a day (and quick charge is awesome) and you it alot
The thing is that all custom roms are based on TW.
Bought a Galaxy S6 at 640$ last week from a local store in my area. Made in Vietnam but didn't have any pink tint. It is the Black Sapphire color but it is too Sapphire (dark blue) for my taste. The phone was sucking battery life like crazy in the beginning at a rate of approximately 1% every 2 mins of use (selecting apps from playstore); but it seems to have settled down now. With medium to heavy use I have around 15-19% battery left at the end of the day. The bundled adaptive charger is super fast. I bought the wireless charger for it as well from a Samsung showroom at 40$ because the phone comes with built in wireless charger capabilities without adding a special back cover. The wireless charger is somewhat slow at charging so I keep it at the office and just lay the phone on it. Colors are great, camera is great, phone is fast. If your hands are very dry, the phone could be a bit slippery since the back is smooth glass. I didn't like any of the covers at Class or even the original Samsung ones so I ordered this from amazon USA: "Galaxy S6 Case, Obliq [Slim Meta] Ultra Slim Fit [All Around Protection] Samsung Galaxy S6 Cases [Titanium Space Gray]". It says in the description that the wireless charger will still work with this cover; I will know soon. I wish I had bought the 64GB or even the 128GB version because the camera can shoot up to 4K resolution video, but I also would not have wanted to pay so much for minimal extra storage. Touchwiz is good, alot of people hate it but at least it gives you a phone ready to use and you just need to layer a few things over it. I notice the reception is not as good as my earlier Galaxy Note 2 in medium coverage areas. Sometimes when "I hold the phone wrong" with my hands wrapped around it, the reception goes down significantly (also in medium reception areas), so the cover will be a must; however when this happens and even if the reception is at 0 bars, I can still call and receive normally without any problems which might mean that the display of the bars is not very accurate and not the actual reception itself.

The way I like to use my phone is with a Widgetlocker (playstore app) Lockscreen with the things and widgets that I use the most; the homescreen I like it to be like the iphone one with simple icons of my favorite apps; and any extra homescreens will have a note widget (app name: ToDo List configuration).

Overall I give this phone 9/10. The reason it is not 10/10 is because the battery could have been better and the phone color could have been less blue/more black.
Yep I agree with the blueish thing, specially on the front, it makes it no different from S4.
The screen is amazing and the text contrast is so high that even if you were glasses to read, with this S6 you won't need them.
Camera is number 1 among all smartphone, specially when you apply the modded one without any jpeg compression, but you will have memory problems later as every single photo is 12mb now.
I am using V4A on S6 to boost sound quality, the volume is now very high on BT and wired earphones, and quality itself is vastly superior than stock audio, it now competes with HTC Boomsound (earphones and BT), but of course stereo front speakers are still in the advantage of M9 if you like to show videos to friends.
I just hold M9 black and silver/gold at Class, it feels obviously more premium, and heavier too. With a case it will be too bulky and heavy.
The black one is amazing, metal looks like a real gun's metal this time.
Of course one of the big advantage of M9 is the SD slot.
I was going to swap my S6 with M9 yesterday night but the camera quality of M9 is still holding me off.
Even with the RAW thingy on M9 I couldn't find any shot as good looking as on S6, at the XDA forums, they are certainly way better than initial jpeg Auto but they are very noisy.
The perfect phone doesn't exist.
S6 has a tremendous camera and amazing screen.
M9 has the best design among all smartphones (that includes iphone 6), Stereo speakers and SD slot

HTC will release some updates for the camera, but yes the camera is not this great, it over exposes things, albeit if you tweak the settings a wee bit you'll get some good pictures with the M9. Frankly, I don't care if the camera's bad as I rarely use it.
Edit: Android Central have posted some settings that should make the M9 take better photos http://www.androidcentral.com/how-take-better-photos-htc-one-m9
So you think I should go back to htc world with the M9?
How's the screen under sunlight?
I want to take spy pics at the beach this summer if you know what I mean ;)
The M9 can give very good results in sunny outdoor situations? Or girlz will be smudgy in the photos?
I'm enjoying my experience with the M9 a lot, albeit battery life is not this great, lasts the whole day on power saver with about 20% battery left, I don't think it'd last the whole day with if battery hogs Cortex A57 cores are used, though their is a very marginal performance between the A57 cores and A53, the A53 cores scoring just a little lower than the HTC One M8 in the AnTuTu benchmark. Based on personal experience go for it and don't look back. The screen is kinda okay under sunlight, that's if the screen is on full brightness, nowhere nearly as bad as the S6 Edge is though, also, the screen is quite good, though it's a little bluish, and viewing angles are near perfect. I haven't yet taken some pictures in the sunny outdoors but I'll take some tomorrow and see how well the M9's camera performs.
Thanks bro!
Gun grey is really awesome.
Don't worry about the battery, my S6 was bad the first days but now it's good, so just wait some days for your M9 to settle down.
Android 5.0.1 and 5.0.2 are bad for battery, expect good gain with 5.1
The S6 is pretty and feel nice in hand but it looks so fragile with its glass that I take care of it like a baby. The back is extremely slipery too, you will see it slowly sliding sometimes on a table !!!
It needs a cover but couldnt find one other than cheap tpu ones.
Anyway I will order a car quick charger whatever phone I will keep.
Btw I advice you to get a quick charger for your M9, 1h to charge from 20 to 100% is pretty cool
I just noticed the IR blaster and the app in the S6, I can control the TV, Strong receiver from it. Good stuff.

I'm definitely getting a quick charger along with a DotView case, problem with quick charger is that it gets the phone a little warm, that's what reviewers said, but I don't really trust reviewers, most lean for a brand which is why there's a huge difference from review to review.
The M9 is very comfortable in hand, feels solid and well-built, great aesthetics, not slipery at all, nearly one week with it and it still hasn't fallen from my hand a single time, which is a personal record really.
And yes, gunmetal grey is one of my favorite colors and it gives it a premium look, Silver on gold is a great color too especially because it's special among phones as it has a two-tone finish, I didn't get it because I kinda hate gold.

Yeah that what I said to the Class seller, it looks more original but black is still more classy, specially this time HTC make it really like a gun's metal color.
Don't worry about Quick charging, 50% of the time it makes the S6 hot but I remember many normal chargers will do the same, including HTC, specially if you use the phone at the same time.
Hey didn't you have the Note 4?
How about the z3 ? Especially with ps4 remote play??
Z3 is still a solid phone but when I saw how many people passed from Z3 to S6 and were happy, it looks like for the M9 that the camera was deceiving, but the Z3 have no RAW to the rescue nor the best UI aka Sense 7.
I tried the ported Sense 7 on S6, everything work, even themes but you can't apply the icons of themes which are the most important part. Sense apps won't work apart HTC weather and clock
About the camera, it performs well in a sunny environment as long as the sun isn't in the picture, if the sun is in the picture, the camera tends to underexpose everything.
