Back to topic, the best place to buy the s6 with more than 32 gb as capacity is from saudi or dubai (at the moment, you can use many online shops from their country and ship it here, just google it)

With unrelated news, i think i might wait for the Z4
Tomorrow Stars should receive its weekly stock and new prices will be published, let's see if they will put S6
As I was expected Stars just brought the S6 32gb model this morning!!!!!!
Price is heavily overpriced at 875$
They just throw any price as long as CTC doesn't have it, but once it's officially out here Amhaz will surely drop the price to 650$, they have to make place to the 64 and 128gb models as well as the Edge ones
Just wait a week for that, and a month to see its price in the 580-600$ at Stars
No words about colors and 64gb

The whole "bendgate" thing with the iPhone and now the S6 is completely stupid. Of course you're going to bend a phone if you put 150+ lb of pressure on it. That video that came out with the guy bending the iPhone shocked so many people because apparently a little 8mm thin phone can't withstand constant pressure from a grown man! Gasp!
I am a fan of Samsung amoled screens but I hate TW interface. I'm a fan of Samsung Notes but I hate what they did with the 4(The rim can be scratched very easily ). I'm a fan of android and I hate IOS.
in the S6 Samsung worked on the design(skipping the iphone 6 look like argument) and forgot about everything else. Phones are becoming more and more fragile.

Why don't you take an HTC M9? It's a block of metal, you will need an army tank to bend it
Personaly I want to get an S6 because I am bored of the same design of HTC as I used 1 year of M7 and 1 year of M8, but if you come from samsung or iphone you will love it

Passed by Class, I tried the black S6, well I was amazed by the weight of this phone, it was nearly as heavy as my M8!
Which is a good sign as it's a proof of good materials.
I couldn't enjoy the glass back feeling as it was forbidden to take away the ''nylon'' but you can definitely say it's very good
I start-up the phone (thanks to the internal battery Class dude didn't have the time to stop me ;) ) though I had to stop in the first boot menus. The fonts in the small size was the same size as my M8 ultra big one, I was a little deceived though as I was expecting super sharp text, the Note 4 is still the king in that matter.
I wanted to test ringtone volume and some wallpapers but the Class guy was already upset that I booted it up :P
Well it's ''only for 900$'' needless to say it will fall into the 700$ next week when CTC will launch it, they have only the 32gb S6 black for now

Man you brought to my attention an important matter, at least to me; while it's maybe unnoticed by many!

I had the note 3 in the past! Hardware wise the phone rocks, but software wise and software design wise I hated it!
The menus are ugly, the font is huge, the spacing between items in the settings menu is huge, the icons aren't so nice, the colors used sucks, the presentation of the menus, the categories were a mess, etc...
I mean it's a 5.7" screen!!! I'm not blind! In 5.7" screen you should at least fit 10 items in the menu settings while it's 5 for our friend sammy!

Look at your M8 and a note 3/4 and spot the differences yourself!
HTC sense is the most beautiful and well designed and presented skin of android!

It's even better than stock android! Although google went in a good direction (IMO) with the white backgrounds etc... they made the settings menu huge for some unknown reason! The 6" screen of nexus 6 barely fits maybe 6 items! That's ridiculous!

I know I'm not living in the settings menu or the icons etc... but it's important to notice and appreciate those! I think that what makes most people lean towards the iPhone and iOS! Simplicity, elegance and coherence of the design!

Unfortunately, till date I was not able to pick up an M7, M8! I loved these but still found it overpriced and underspecced! That's the main reason why I don't buy an iPhone and buying an HTC feels the same unfortunately! Besides it always had something to turn me away!

However, if I didn't have this factor to consider, I would get an HTC with my eyes closed! LG ranks second, sony 3rd and Samsung 4th for me!

This saturday Samsung CTC is launching the S6 at their Dbaye showroom, I am pretty sure the basic model 32gb will not cost more than 750$ pushing amhaz to drop his own price to max 700$, specially if ctc is giving a free wireless charger ;)
@LifeEngineer if you want I will sell my M8 once amhaz drop the S6 price under 700$

It's nearly 300$ more than the Note 4!!
Let's hope amhaz will not also follow in the 800$, this is the 1st time a samsung galaxy S cost that much in the beginning.
I am perhaps returning into a N4 choice after all, specially knowing the s6 will drop to 400$ after a couple of months like the S5 price

Pre-ordered the S6 (64GB) from Dubai for $810, will post updates when it arrives (all costs etc..). I think i dodged a bullet :D

S5 was a flop, S6 isn't!
Trust me, S6 prices will not drop as dramatically as you think! It Will preserve its price like an iphone or maybe less like an htc!

Lebanese prices will never make any sense because simply known dealers like amhaz don't pay their taxes that's why you will see some price drops here and there. We don't even know if the phone is refurbished or new (I'm looking at you iPhone users) anyway let's see in the upcoming days if the price will drop or say still.

In other countries there aren't any reseller. There is simply Samsung. You are getting the phone directly from them. In our country it's another story. Amhaz and CTC are resellers.

For 30$ you get 1y ctc warranty and free wireless charger, unless amhaz decrease the price to 700$ it's totally useless to buy from them.
To return to CTC overpricing, another proof is that the HTC M9 is more expensive than S6 by 50 euros anywhere in Europe but in Lebanon it's the S6 which is more expensive by 75$!!!
Be ready for a drop in price next week.

The 45$ more at CTC showrooms can be explained by either they give a ''free'' wireless charger or just their policy (lime many other official dealers in Lebanon) to be more expensive than the market so they won't take advantage over cell shops (some people could only trust CTC and would only buy directly from them instead of a shop if at the same price).
I also asked the delivery guy about prices evolution and he told me to hold my breath, the incoming 2 weeks will see the S6 price fall for both warranty and black market versions

many cell shops sell phones (under official warranty) for prices much lower than those of official dealers. When I bought my LG G2, it was priced at 670$ at LG Dora. I asked for it at one of the shops. He told me that he doesn't keep stocks of LG phones in his shop because of the low demand on them but he can order 1 for me. Effectively he did and sold it to me for only 595$ with the official 18-month LG warranty.
