Look for the cards sold by Amazon, you can tell if you read the word "Prime", must be in stock or offered by Amazon, MSI/ASUS 970's are all out of stock.

Me i will wait Until Christmas to see what will happen to the prices/ more offers.
Or wait until they release the next version of 980.
Maybe 980ti, or 980 with more Ram.
Who knows.

Looks like the Gigabyte 970 is the most powerful one (but largest one too)
MSI Gaming and Palit Jetstream are very close in terms of noise and performance and are both above many other brands like Gainward ,PNY and Evga.
The problem now with GTX 970 is that it's so demanded that they have stocks shortage in Europe, a brand can be in stock today but not tomorrow and for weeks!
You can find up to 50$ difference for the same card on different shops, but from experience I recommend Amazon.fr for delivery time perfection,they are perhaps 10 euros more expensive but when they say 3 days delivery they mean it.
Stay away of ''discount'' shops as they can take up to 3weeks to deliver instead of 3-5 days

I am playing my PC games on my 40'' 3DTV samsung on HDMI.
Honestly it's better than on a monitor,it's like having a PS4 with Nvidia GPU, using DSR 2K is even better, can't wait to get a 970 to have every single game on 2K DSR

If i travel with a 970 in my bag will i pay anything on customs in lebanon?

Totally in for one or two of these. What do you guys think of 2 x gtx 970 Vs a single gtx 980?

And in the meantime have to think of what do with my almost used 2 Vapor X 7950 's, any interested buyer out here?

I always preffered single gpu system.
First of all you will have less power consumption and also less heat produced inside your case. Also a GTX980 can max out anygame now, and later on you can sli it normally.

When I travelled from Brazil to Lebanon, I had a full rig inside my bag, CPU, motherboard, Power Supply, GPU, they did not even open my bags :p

You have 1 chance over 10 that the amn el 3am dude stop you to check your bag and even you can always claim you bought it 2nd hand (try to make the box a little used).
Worst case you can throw away the box before goign to the airport and put the GPU in a bubble paper ;)

Guys, if anyone will travel or Is already in a travel.
And has the ability to bring a second GPU with them, please do announce it in the forum.
I am sure the forum members will Gladly pay you a small fee for your trouble instead of feeding them to customs!
