Last month I asked the support if switching to 4mbps was possible and he assured me that yes it was so i switched to 4mbps 50gb. At the beggining of the month i call them and get informed that they are sorry to tell me that the changes have been delayed for an additional month and that my plan is unlimited for now. IT IS THE SUPPORTS FAULT! HE SHLD HAVE WARNED ME BEFORE CHANGING. I cld have chosen the 2mbps limited...
But why wld he?... Why wld they want to get paid 25$ from me when they are stealing 50?... IDM 's purpose: GET YOUR MONEY.
he also told me to call extension 2 to switch to a limited plan. i called and no one was answering.
I have no more reasons to stay at this shitty isp...
Call them and ask to talk to a manager and that you wish to file a complaint. Explain to him your situation and tell him that you don't want an unlimited plan to begin with, they can't force you to pay for something you do not want.
At least that seems like the most logical solution to do. If that doesn't work, go to their head office in person and make sure you sound serious [yelling doesn't count]. The calmer you are, the more intimated by you they'll be.
