Ok he's saying that I place and order for the same item without paying so he can change it to 1.5$, then I pay it and he will use China Post Registered Air Mail!
So he's either an amateur and forgot to put 1.5$ for Air Mail or he's simply trying to trap people

So I placed an order for the same item so the seller can change the price, but it looks like the seller can't see it because I have to go further, BUT in the end of the page there are credit card info of payment and ''Confirm & Pay'' button only. So if I press this button it means they will take the money or there is another page for payment confirmation later? it's so much badly explained on the website!
On top of the page there are Review your Order-Payment-Done, though it looks like all these steps are on the same page because there is the address,Review the order and the credit card info payment, only the payment info section is greyed out meaning if I press on the Confirm & Pay they will actually make me pay the full price as long as the seller didn't change it right?
Ok so I checked with some example on the internet, usually they should give me an option ''Place Order'' then take me to a page where I confirm and pay, it looks like AE changed this step to forbid sellers to change prices, or this particular seller is a trying to steal people with this mechanism making them think they will change the price before paying but not really?

add to cart --> click buy all --> select other payment method --> click confirm and pay... when you get to the payment gateway (place you need to enter your card details) close the window/tab.

Go back to My orders screen you will see that you can "Pay now" or cancel. Ask the seller to change the price.. When he confirms, refresh the page and make sure it has changed and then click on pay now.

Should I close now or put the card number? It's so badly build, at least on amazon they put on every step if it's the final step or not
If your card is saved in their system you will (probably) pay. If your card is saved and you don't want to pay select: other payment method.

If your card is not saved then just leave at the step where you need to enter your card details.

Not anymore, if they didn't check for security so I could get the ''other payment'' option I would have ended paying the full price twice
there's no need for tricks... just go to the item, click buy now, until it asks you for your credit card number(choose different payment method) as if you were going to use a new credit card.
at this point click cancel.
Order should be listed under "orders awaiting payment"
Now the seller can adjust the price.

if you really want the item, wait.
If you think the seller is lying, check his rating, dont cancel the dispute.
Don't cancel, only do it when/if you get the item

You don't have to wait 18 days.
I suppose the dispute is open now, you can always click on escalate, so aliexpress handles the situation, look it up and give your money back, you didn't receive your product in the time limit, and that's according to their policy, refundable.
On the other hand, you might just wait, the seller has good feedback, you'll end up getting the product, and the money, which is kind of harsh, as the seller has no control over shipping fluctuations.

Happened to me a couple of times. But the product took 4 months to get here so whatever, I deserve the money back!
I will give him a chance till the end of next week, if I don't receive the product by then I will re-open the dispute and escalate. I need these adapters!
