You can contact Alfa or MTC, they have lists. Also, the people behind Elmazad and Elnashra, but all require you to do business with them first.
Nothing is more annoying than SMS spam. Build a targeted list of people who actually would want to be contacted.
@Nabs: Have you ever contacted Alfa and/or MTC yourself? What are the requirements for them to give you the list?

Samer i did build a list of people who might want to SELL something by surfing all my competition sites and take notes of the sellers cell numbers one by one so this part is covered. Now i want to send other sms to let people know that there's a new marketplace where they can find products for sale on the internet if they are looking for something. In that way i'll also be helping the sellers who are listing their products so i don't know who wants to be contacted in this field that's why i'm going on a general campaign.
Or is online advertising better for this area ? what do you think ?

@Rahmu, yes. You need to have a registered business. That's it. They wouldn't give away lists for just anyone. But SMS spam is quite annoying, like all sorts of spam. As Samer said, build a database of specific people who want to be contacted.
SMS advertising is getting way to out of hand these days, I get like 10 messages every month and it's SO annoying. The second most annoying thing is advertising through WhatsApp. There should be a way to block these things without third party apps on your phone.
