went to ogero to upgrade my 2mb to 4mb, the guy told me that they have stopped all upgrades this month and that I should come back anytime during August, and the upgrade will take effect beginning september. apparently they are overloaded.

Yeah it seems like it, we've even been trying to just pay the bill but they wouldn't accept, since one day they're on a strike and the other day they're overloaded. Mh :/

When you sign in to view your DSL usage you can read in the table "Usage Information: The DSL Quota that you are subscribed for is 40 GB (both Download and Upload)
Please note that there is no more free unlimitted usage between 12pm and 7am."

So I've been downloading around 6GB per night assuming the free usage was still effective... Now I'm halfway through my 40GB cap and it's only the 3rd of the month. Ogero should've informed the customers or at least made the user DSL info page accessible since day 1 of the month.

Nevermind works now , I just restarted my router and all is normal again.
I am not too excited about getting 2mbps instead of 1. It will just make my quota burn faster. 40 GB on 1mbps feels like unllimited...

Previously on 2mbps, so my quota got bumped to 40GB only.
I wouldn't have minded an automatic upgrade to unlimited or 6mbps-60GB, considering they are similarly priced to my previous package.
So what? We will just accept the lie and move on?
So I'm just wondering how many of us can actually have the 6-8 Mb package?

In my case the CO can't handle it and I'm in Beirut. I'd like to know if anyone can/did.

The decree clearly stated that we are losing free nights. Ogero is just complying.
Our issue is with the minister and whomever else was involved in the writing of the decree.

It was really 4 words in the decree, sneaked in by some ***** that screwed us all over.
