Yeah it seems like it, we've even been trying to just pay the bill but they wouldn't accept, since one day they're on a strike and the other day they're overloaded. So I've been downloading around 6GB per night assuming the free usage was still effective... Now I'm halfway through my 40GB cap and it's only the 3rd of the month.
