I have what Ogero initially gave me , technicolor TG 582n .. So nothing special. But the thing is I live too close to the CO it's almost in my basement :p I will post my line stats as soon as I get home and have access to my computer.

Just one question: if i force sync, should i do it every time i restart the router or is it a one time thing?

One time thing.
Thanks man i'll be doing this tonight as soon as i get home. 40 ms less ping would be a dream
Yes but keep in mind it doesn't have the same effect on every user. Some people reported that their ping even go higher. From my experience I got 30ms to 40ms less ping but browsing became a little bit slower with 2 to 3 kb/sec less download. I'm fine with that since the time I spend on computer is mostly for online games.

In any ways , you can revert back the changes if you have any problems doing this.

That's right, for me the best signal stats and pings are with using ADSL2+. ADSL2 gives me identical latency but I lose 10db of my SNR, and ADSL1 (G.DMT and T1.413) give me same signal quality as ADSL2+ but with 10-15ms increase in latency. And G.lite is just terrible latency.
So your mileage may vary, test and figure out what works best for your line.

I called them and they said the "upgrade" hasn't gone through yet. When I asked when, the operator said it's not his job to know.
anyone else cant access ogero`s website? the website was taking long time to load but now it just say "this webpage is not available"
Ogero exceeded their monthly allocated quota.

Website broken here too at the moment.
Anyone actually experiencing the speed boost ? Early in the morning I saw the new cap (40GB) but the speed on the website remained 1 mbit and speed testing is still showing it as before.

Same here! still 1 mbps but increase in quota only :/
I went to ogero today to upgrade my plan to 2Mbit unlimited, they are on a strike!
What do you mean? @ramnesia
Odrab!
Thats what they told me.
