Hi,

Any one knows if Ogero will have the offer of unlimited internet?

Thx
I don't think, but WiSE has an unlimited plan for 19$, and WiSE is known for good quality internet.

I think all unlimited plans have a fair usage policy where your speed will be throttled when you reach a data cap.

Greetings...

Anyone experiencing bad connection? I randomly lose connectivity for short periods of time (~30s), which is really annoying. It happens randomly, but it's getting worse every day :/

And btw, yesterday, once the clock turned 12 at midnight, my latency went up by 20-30ms, and I had a high jitter. This never happened before, and I thought that Ogero connections are stable 24/7. Or maybe it could be just me?

Nothing on my side, haven't had a cut in my connection for about 2 years straight now(disregarding the wire incident where Ogero messed up my wire when installing a new telephone line in the building), my ping to Google is always around the 92-110ms range depending on the time of day, and after midnight the ping is still stable, sometimes it's lower than the values at day!

make sure your wires and your modem is okay and that you(or/and others connected to the network) are not downloading/uploading something when doing a ping test.

@ILIA_93 , you mentioned you got 50dB attenuation in another post , man that's bad and needs to be fixed .. Definitly that's the problem

Right now, my attenuation is constant at 46dB, but anyway, as I saw all over the internet, a 50dB attenuation is not bad, it is considered in the acceptable range. I've been using this line on this speed (2Mbps) for months, and never got this problem, this is new.
Well I have noticed my latency in Dota 2 has gotten 30 to 40 ms higher the past week or so, same goes to my friends who live in the same region. I suppose either Ogero is doing some upgrades before the 1st of July or the problem comes from Dota servers.
I just found out a new way on how to get your ppoe username and password from ogero technicolor routers if you got admin login credentials to the routers , if anyone needs it just message me

I have 80 to 100 ms latency on european servers on speedtest.net is this good? What about you guys?
Note: i live in ras beirut.
Yeah it's pretty good, i have around 90ms.
yesss, i'm at my neighbor's house and testing his connection and getting like 100ms pinging 8.8.8.8 and like 50-60 to google.com!
that was really like 30 min ago, and now i'm getting near 800ms !!!!!!!!!! i don't know what is going on but hopefully a good thing :)

ps i used to get 160-180 to 8.8.8.8 using my Wise connection
My ping to Europe also decreased from 15-20ms, i used to have a constant 120-125ms

Got a really bad news today from ogero that my line can't handle more than 4mb,so i'm forced to choose the 50k l.l plan,i was planning to get the 6-8mb 60gb one, note: i live 1km away from my co,what about you guys(ogero and non ogero) can u get more than 4mb? They checked the telephone box i guess.
and here are my line statistics:

Are you sure they told you "Your line can't handle more than 4Mbps", or they told you the 4Mbps is the maximum available plan. Because I think the second one is your case, where you CO didn't get more than 4Mbps capabilities (like my CO). Your stats are perfect, and I'm sure people with higher attenuation and less SN margin got the 6-8Mbps plan.
where do you live and what is the distance between you and your co?
Ahmad Toutounji wrotewhere do you live and what is the distance between you and your co?
I'm connected to Mrayjeh CO, my line attenuation is 50dB, and I can get 4Mbps. I asked about the 6-8Mbps plan, they told me it's not yet implemented in this CO and that I should wait. I have no idea what is the distance between me and the CO, but for 50dB attenuation, I'm quite far.
This is after I forced my modem to sync on ADSL 1 , very stable ping with improvement of 40ms which is awesome :)

I'm on the 1mbit 10GB plan.
