First thing's first,
I think you need to put (or change) the splitters and filters in the house. (Filter should be installed where there is a phone, splitter should be installed where you have the modem, and if phone+modem through one wall plug then splitter as well).
Doing that should stop the disconnection problems when receiving and answering phone calls.
I have the interleaving off, and i have 60-80ms to my favorite BF4 european servers.
What email did you contact to ogero about turning off interleaving?
Doom
Post your line stats from your routers gateway to check if interleaving is on or off.

Quick question guys, I got a landline recently so I don't have my first invoice yet, and I was told that I need it to subscribe to any internet plan with Ogero. Can I use any of the papers they gave me when I got the line or do I need to wait for the invoice? Thanks.

Yes that's what I did, give them a copy of the papers they gave you when you paid for the installation.

Hey guys I'm switching from Sodetel to Ogero. I called Sodetel they told me I have to go to their main office and fill the cancellation form and pay the cancellation fee($7) and then at the end month It will deactivate. My question is can I start applying to Ogero from now even if Sodetel dsl is deactivating at the end of the month? Do I need cancellation papers from Sodetel to apply to Ogero? What's the best fastest to apply to Ogero?(by phone,by online application,or physically going to an office).

Hey dude, one upon a time i was a Sodetel customer, and i moved to ogero.
No you can't apply to Ogero without getting your cancellation papers from Sodetel (End of month)
You can pay cancellation fees at SGBL
Best way to apply to Ogero is to go to the Central (that you are related to)
Good Luck

Hey Guys, a stupid question maybe but i need to know... can someone have 2 different DSL providers on the same phone line? I'm asking this because I'm an IDM customer and someone offered me another internet connection on the same line and said it works using a splitter and stuff... is it true? cause I'm wondering if he's right than why would someone have to cancel his subscription first to subscribe to let's say Ogero... or is it only Ogero that uses this policy... can someone enlighten me pls?
Georges00
You have to wait for cancellation papers.

Hello guys,
I want to change my DSL from wise to ogero ( 2m Unlimited ), I asked my friend about the service,no fup , almost fix speed and ping , sounds good. But he told me something not very encouraging, that it depend on my line in ogero. Before he upgrade to 2 mb Unlimited he had the 2 mb 40 gb, with a bad connection ( high ping, low speed max 1 mb ). He tried a lot to fix it, but he couldn't , till he told someone, that works in ogero . That man told him that the problem is from the switch or port ( i dont have a clear idea about it ) that is maybe too crowded switch or some noise in his line... What my friend done is fixing his problem by ( wasta )in ogero, changing his port or switch to a good one, and this is not easy because most of good ports have been taken ( wasta i guess )...
All I want to know is that my line can handle 2mb ( with good ping ) without any external help? Btw, my speed with Wise is 2mb( 70-80 ping), but with FUP it gets lower, I'm askig that because I am far from the CO ,about 6 km

My connection has been acting up the past few days. I called Ogero and the guy said it was from their side and that they're working on it.
Is anyone else experiencing this? (I'm in Tripoli, if that matters)

Im from tripoli also and as I notice, Tall CO is having problems from 2pm till 12am everyday, ping increases 20ms and a lot of packet loss, with peaks to 10%.

I'm near Tall, too. 2 Mbps unlimited.

Hehe, me too, my CO is the Tall , but I live in Abu samra, we have alot of extra ping due to branches (70-80 ms to beirut ) , and barely 2mb.
Please keep me updated, because i want to change my ISP to ogero, in the time my account will be empty.

Hi everyone,
Following feedback from this forum, I went with ogero as soon as i got dsl in my village. And it's been great, stable 100 ms to eu and stable speeds all day. But they said they can only give me 1mbps. And im pretty sure that's a lie according to my stats:
Downstream Upstream
SNR Margin 40.0 29.0 db
Line Attenuation 46.5 31.5 db
Data Rate 1024 256 kbps
Max Rate 7136 1180 kbps
POWER 16.0 12.0 dbm
CRC 0 0
Now i called the Antelias CO, they told me to call them back in 10 days (Basically "go fuck yourself" because I've heard that a million times before from them). Do you guys know anyone that can solve my issue?
One more thing, are my stats good enough to handle turning off interleaving?

Yes it can handle even more than 2mbps, but Welcome to Lebanon. The only country that cant provide even 1Mbps on a distance more than 3km
You got 40 SNR which is perfect, also you are not that "far" from the CO, even 4Mbps would work.

You can even get 6 mb/s, I suggest you to search for a ( wasta ) in your CO ogero , It's the only solution.

Hello, I have a question for users with 2mbps unlimited, I'm considering switching from the limited quota to unlimited. I currently average around 20gbs over quota. I stopped playing online games long time ago so ping is not an issue. I still don't reach the 75000 price of unlimited so I'm hesitant. Did anyone notice a degradation in the connection quality when they switched to unlimited? It would be nice to not worry about consumption anymore but not if it's a crappy connection. Your experience is appreciated.
