Since i moved to unlimited, i have noticed some cuts on the net for no reason. However, the download quality stayed the same.

Slow internet, slow browsing and high ping (normally I average 95ms the Google DNS servers 8.8.8.8. Lately it's been no less than 140ms).
Anyone else with a ping that's higher than usual ?

It's been just terrible lately. No amount of router restarts have fixed it.
Called them. They said they'll send someone over.
God bless this country.
Update: alright, so the guy came and checked the line. Said my stats are "perfect". He called some guy and told him to change two things on the physical side (I forgot what he said exactly). and he told me to give it a day and see how it goes.

Did it cost you anything?

Nah.
update: It worked for half a day now it's back to shit.
Ping shoots up to 3000 randomly. Sometimes it doesn't go back to ~100 unless I restart the router. Very unstable. Speeds are normal when stability is there. Otherwise I barely scrape 60KB/s.

Hello , Someone spoke about turning interleaving off will improve latency for online gaming , so i sent them an email and they turned interleaving off , but llatency still within the range of 90-100ms
which gateway you guys getting 60-70ms
thanks
ragdoll
Alright, what the hell is up with Ogero?
Downloads work great, pages load fast, ping seems stable enough, but the second I launch Dota to play a match, it takes a gigantic dump and I'm stuck with ~5% loss and disconnections left, right and center...

Currently i'm on 178.135.130.xx
Since i asked for turning off interleaving, i have had stable 60-70ms pings with very stable connection speed. (unlimited package)

Who do I talk to if I want to change my address or something?
AVOlio
@ragdoll
You don't talk to anyone, as far as i know you only do the connect/disconnect trick on the router, or restart the router completely.

well if the ping is stable at your place than you're lucky. when i'm dota it never go under 150 ms and it's never stable it go up to 1200 ms. It has been a while that a enjoyed a lag free dota match. I don't know what's going on with them but they have to fix it asap

Hey guys, don't mean to interrupt, but I had a question, I currently have 4mb DSL and I always end up paying around 120,000LL, well over my limit. So I decided to save money and just get the 6mb from Ogero. Anyway, do I need to go down there and apply or can I do it over the phone or what? Thanks
Hybrid
Anyone tried to apply for Ogero DSL online? If yes, what's the process?
random-username
Tried a year ago, no response XD
BetterGoogleIt
Tried a year and a half ago, they haven't even deliver "the box" yet.
Georges00
I applied after removing IDM.
They got everything up and running in less than a week.
Hybrid
I went to Ogero to apply, I was a bit late ("sandou2 sakkar")... but anyway, they told me that after I pay, I should take the router to Mina El hosn... and it will take 2 months and a half to get the internet up and running..
Any idea why I should go to Mina El hosn?
