Battlefield 3 Nvidia driver problems
well, by looking at this error, your system is detecting your card as DX9. Look into dxdiag, and see the DDI version you have in the display tab. It should be 10.1 for your GTX560ti. :/
windows update,do it!
update your directx, run driver sweeper a few times and guarantee all files are deleted, i had to run it 5 times and had to restart several times to ensure all the files were deleted, because sometimes some file just refuse to delete

You have an ASUS card. Uninstall both ASUS SmartDoctor and Gamer OSD softwares. That fixed my crashing problems in both single-player and multiplayer.

OK
so what I did now is:
1-Uninstalled the driver and went to safe mode and cleaned the traces of the driver using Driver Sweeper (that yasamoka suggested.) http://phyxion.net/Driver-Sweeper/Driver-Sweeper/
2-Uninstalled everything related to Asus
3-Re-installed the 285.62 driver from Nvidia http://www.geforce.com/Drivers
4-Updated my graphics card BIOS http://support.asus.com/Download/Options.aspx?SLanguage=en&type=1
5-Downloaded the new versions of the Asus software http://support.asus.com/Download/Options.aspx?SLanguage=en&type=1
