does anyone know if a simple phone call or email can activate vdsl? also for those who have vdsl modems right now and can't sync you need to tell ogero to activate itAhmad Toutounji wrote@ikreidieh if we have a vdsl modem do we need to tell ogero to activate vdsl on my line or is it on by default?

I got it to work!nuclearcat wroteIt is very strange, if tenda has internet on lan, but not wifi, it might be some issue of wifi compatibility, because usually wifi and lan are bridged together.
Try using wifi on another device. Also try following steps:
1)Ping lan ip of tenda (it should be equal to your gateway given by DHCP)
2)Ping lan ip of thomson (it is gateway given by DHCP to Tenda)
3)ping 8.8.8.8
