kfc wroteamkahal wroteGuys, the open speed is not a good option for a lot of people, let's say my line can handle a speed of 20 Mbps, and my quota 100 GB , so i bet the quota will be juiced after 10~15 days (youtube, downloads, bla bla ....), therefore, providing the option of limited speed is a MUST.

It is like you are asking your employer not to give you a salary raise so that you don't spend it on useless stuff!
Not quite the same, but when you do get a raise, you may move to a better place, get a better car, eat better food, etc, so your pay raise is effectively gone and you are consuming more money. Same goes with a faster internet speed---apps like skype, whatsapp, duo, youtube will start using more bandwidth, because it is there. Now, you could just pocket the money your employer gives you, but where is the joy in that.
Given a 20 mbps speed, that comes to about 9 gig an hour, so you can enjoy using the new speed for 11 hours. So, now for the other 700+hours, you are paying an arm and a leg for it.
Doesn't seem as good a deal any more.
