ADSL2+ values are not the same for VDSL, VDSL can handle more speed in the same distance as ADSL. For example, in Brazil (I used to live there), I had ADSL2+ with 15mb, that was the maximum I could handle in 900m from the Cabinet. When VDSL was activated, I was able to get around 45mb-50mb with the same distance and a SNR that could let my internet stable :). It is a matter of luck, trial and error.
