I have 2MB DSL connection from Sodetel, I play World of Warcraft... My latency is never under 400ms... just an hour ago I had around 100 to 120ms but again latency went back to 400 - 500ms... what's happening?

They simply might have temporarily transferred you to a fiber optics pool then you were back on satellite.
Does anyone know if TerraNet adjusted their Fair Usage Policy for the new DSL accounts?
It used to be 12GB/month during the night for the old 512kbps accounts.
There is nothing about it on their website, and they removed the old PDF file detailing the FUP.

it seems you are still on a 128 connection, if so the speedtests and low quality skype calls are normal. If i am wrong please specify your connection speed.

I have Ogero DSL :S
Speed test is not reliable. Try to download a relatively large file (10MB+) and check the download rate. If it is 890kbps(105kBps) or more, then you have a true 1Mbps connection.

I have a question as well. I've recently upgraded to the 2Mbps plan. The first day of the month, when I logged in to see my bandwidth consumption, I saw that I still have a 1Mbps (10GB) connection. I sent them an email complaining about it and yesterday it changed to 2Mbps (20GB) but the speed is still capped to 1Mbps though. I called them in the morning and the sleepy support guy said "it's still in progress, it should speed up to 2Mbps by Monday". Does that make any sense? Has anyone had this issue with Ogero before?

Thanks Kasseem , but i was asking about the ISP i got !!

I did ping on google.com and got some ping time out ... is that means the problem is from my pc or Central or what .... Anyway , i have cutting voice with skype and the download rate begin with 100 , 115/s then get down to 80 , 50 and 30/s . youtube is cutting also
What on earth is wrong with Ogero... I have a 512kbps connection and downloading any file never exceeds 15Kbps (120 kbps)... even speedtest averages the same number.
^ Yeah same here. I have the 1 mbps 10gb plan and it is barely reaching 20kb/s... barely!
The internet has been terrible today. No idea what's going on.
same here, it has been bad for the past 3 days I think.
What's the matter with this internet today, it took me 30 min to download a 18 mb file, and I am using 1 mbs 10 gb!
It's been awful for the past month or so, not just the last few days. I used to get a steady 430kbps download speed.. recently it fluctuates between 200 and 350 with today being the new record at 120kbps.
Seems we are moving backwards instead of seeing some improvement.
please post the dsl stats from the router.
