Why have ISPs not mentioned their new DSL prices yet? (I have checked IDM, Sodetel and Terranet) I think we have the right to know the new prices ahead of time to be able to plan on any changes we need to make to be able to accommodate the new pricing. I know Ogero have already mentioned their new prices but other ISPs are usually more expensive so we can't use Ogero as a benchmark.

Also IDM are now charging 10% extra for online payments. The only way to find that out is at the last step of payment. Couldn't they at least state that more clearly?!!

Hello, i have a problem. I'm having few request timed out when pinging to 8.8.8.8 . My internet is thru a reseller. He's taking from IDM. I always tell him there is a problem from your side. He's like no i dont have a problem. try another router. i did that. same. Requests to 8.8.8.8. On rush hours specially. What could be the problem? Not alot of requests but every 20 30 reply i get 1 request timed out. Anyone having that issue too? Thank you

IDM suffers from packet loss during peak times, especially on weekends, so it could be on their end and not the resellers. I notice it because I play online games. I would get internet from them directly, if it gets bad you can call them and they eventually fix it. (But be sure it will happen again lol)

Hey everyone,
I’ve been dealing with an annoying issue lately and wanted to see if anyone has experienced something similar or has advice.

My phone line keeps disconnecting, and I’ve had to replace the DSL splitter multiple times. Each one works for a few days, then either stops working completely or the connection gets unstable again. It’s starting to get both frustrating and expensive.

What’s weird is that sometimes the internet starts working again only after I call the landline from my mobile, like something gets reset in the system. The exact same issue happened on my second phone line too, which makes me suspect there's a voltage or power stability problem coming from the Ogero box itself.

Has anyone faced something like this? Could it be a faulty Ogero box or something with the external line? How can i get them to fix this issue?
