Mozilla Firefox 1.0.3 has just been released. A minor update, this version fixes a few security holes and some other bugs. If you're currently using Firefox 1.0.x, you want to install this release. Firefox 1.0.3 is a "branch build" serving as an interim update to Firefox 1.0. It addresses critical security and performance issues that resulted after the release of Firefox 1.0.
This build is NOT to be confused with recent Mozilla 1.0+ nightly "trunk" builds.
release notes: www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/releases/1.0.3.html
get it: www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/ (or through the inbuilt updater)
installed it from abt 2 hrs... cant seem to find any difference, i assume thats y they said "minor" update
BTW, firefox supports CSS2, which makes things easyer for web developpers.
But IE does not, even IE 7 will not support CSS2.
That's another reason to ditch IE.
In a fair world, Firefox should have 99% share of the market.
But statistics have shown that the number of people using firefox has slowed down whereby IE still kicks ass.
im not surprised.... what do u think computer newbies will use, when they buy a new computer, and BAM, IE is ur only choice?
we, the geeks, use FireFox
