Dude keep trying you had a lot of trophies. I am going to keep updating you on fb. Also keep track of the email you sent to Sony MEA btw make sure that the email was this: sonycustomercare.mea@ap.sony.com

They posted that email during the resetting period because many had problems. I was one of them and they replied though it wasn't informative much but then i was able to solve the prob because i wasn't receiving the resetting email.
