Anyone heard of the new Sony Vaio VGF-AP1?
it's a portable mp3 player just like the ipod, but it looks better and it also has a colored screen and you can view images on it
it can contain up to 20GB of songs and it costs 440$

the new photo IPOD has the same features. and is more compact, it can store photos and mp3s (i'm not sure if videos can be stored) - 60GB - price: ~around 500$ in the us.

yes, we'll have to wait about 2 years to get it at a fair price in Lebanon. Meanwhile the existing IPods are now affordable here.

no 440$ is the price in Lebanon it's available at Virgin downtown i bought one a couple weeks ago
