Are there specific TRA regulations banning the unlicensed use of the EU868 frequency bands? (863–870/873 MHz)?

I’m guessing any major unmonitored wireless network spanning a large surface area is illegal, unless, you know.

You cannot use any frequency for commercial purpose without obtaining license from MoT.
Your equipment likely will be confiscated, you and property owner where it is installed - severely fined (few years ago it was like $5000-$10000 fine for each incident).
